Consumer Advisory

Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions. Items marked with an asterisk (*) on our menu may contain raw or undercooked ingredients.

Allergy Information

At Tatsumaki, we take allergies very seriously. However, because our kitchen handles a variety of ingredients, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are 100% free of allergens or gluten. Cross-contamination may occur.

Major Allergens Present in Our Kitchen:

  • Soy (Extensively used in broths, marinades, and sauces)
  • Wheat & Gluten (Present in our noodles, soy sauce, and fried items)
  • Eggs (Ajitama soft boiled eggs, noodles)
  • Fish & Shellfish (Bonito flakes, dashi broths, various seafood items)
  • Peanuts & Tree Nuts (Used in select chili oils, garnishes, and desserts)
  • Sesame (Oil and seeds used extensively as a garnish)
  • Dairy (Used in select desserts and specialty creamy broths)

Please inform your server of any severe allergies before placing your order so we can take extra precautions, though we cannot ensure a completely allergen-free environment.

Dietary Preferences (Vegan/Vegetarian)

We offer specific menu items prepared without meat or meat-based broths for our vegetarian and vegan guests. Please note that while we use separate utensils and designated fryers where possible, these items are prepared in the same kitchen as our meat products. Our standard ramen broths are pork or chicken-based; always ask for our specific plant-based broth if required.
